downloading our Free Software you are bound by all copyright
conditions and terms below with the exception that you are
not allowed to remove any profitCode links or logos from the
Free Version Software. |

single domain licensing terms: |
Our
software license allows you to use each purchase or download
of corresponding software on one web site. A web site is
defined as a single domain name.
A sub-domain counts as a single web site:
(Ex: mysite.com and jdoe.mysite.com require 2 separate
licenses).
You are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, sub
license, publish, distribute, disclose, disseminate, reverse
engineer, recompile, copy or reproduce our Software. |

Software is copyrighted. profitCode owns all intellectual
property rights associated with the Software and all
intellectual property and other rights associated with any
modifications, enhancements, adaptations or translations of
the Software. These rights include, not limited to, trade
names, inventions, copyrights, trade secrets, patents, and
know-hows. |

| About
our software source-code terms: |
| In
purchasing one of our products where you are granted php
source code, you are not granted any proprietary rights
to that code. Meaning, although you can add to the code and
slightly modify it as you see fit to adapt to your web site,
you are not permitted to, directly or indirectly, sub
license, publish, distribute, reproduce, re-sell our
source-code in full, part or altered form. You cannot remove
the profitcode credit headers on the source code. You cannot
attempt to alter the code for the purpose of altering
the licensing mechanism. You can only use the aforementioned
source code on one web-site. You will have to purchase an
individual license for each domain our software is used on. |

with respect to this Agreement or the Software sold through
this Agreement. In addition, we make no representation that
the operation of our software or web site will be
uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for

you violate these Terms and Conditions or any other rights
of profitCode, profitCode reserves the right to
pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you
without limitation. |

are no refunds on our software.
Sales
are final.
